Terms of payment

💳 What are the payment terms?
Online payment is exclusively by credit card.

For accommodation bookings:
- Less than 30 days before the date of your stay: you pay the total amount of your reservation in one instalment.
- More than 30 days before the date of your stay: you pay a part (deposit or advance of 10 to 30%) and you will have to pay the balance according to the payment conditions of the accommodation provider. You will then receive an e-mail with a payment link.

For activity bookings:
You pay the total amount of your booking in one instalment.

For a basket of more than 400 euros:
Payment in 3 or 4 instalments is available at extra cost.
🤔 My credit card payment is not working. What should I do?
There are several possible reasons for this:
1 - Your bankcard has reached its expiry date.
2 - A lack of funds in your account or a credit card limit reached in the current month.
3 - A problem with your bank's 3D Secure authentication, the validation time or an out-of-date application could be the cause.

🎫 Can I pay with holiday vouchers?
Payment by e-voucher is not yet available for online bookings.

Cancellation & Refund

🙅‍♀️ What are the cancellation terms and conditions?
If you have not taken out cancellation insurance:
Cancellation conditions are described in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale for each service. Each one has its own cancellation policy, which you will find at the basket stage, when you validate the General Terms and Conditions of Sale for the services you have chosen.

💰 Can I get a refund after cancelling?
A partial or total refund may be made depending on:
- the cancellation conditions specified by each service provider in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale
- the conditions for cancellation or interruption of the holiday, depending on the insurance you have taken out.

Help with your booking

🛒 How do I book my holiday?
1 - Using the various booking tools, start by entering the dates of your stay. This will show you the offers available for that period of time.
2 - Fill in the required fields according to the type of service and confirm once the service corresponds to your choices. Your services will be saved in your basket.
3 - Once you are in the basket, you can add one or more other services or finalise your bookings.
4 - Fill in your contact details and your chosen method of payment.
5 - Pay and then check that you have received the confirmation e-mail for each service booked.

A booking notification is also sent to each service provider in your order.
📝 Can I take out insurance?
Yes, you can take out insurance to cover your entire basket. This paying option is offered at the basket stage by the supplier Areas Assurances. This is your contact for cancellations and refunds if you have taken out insurance.

Who to call in the event of a problem?
For each service booked, you must first contact the service provider who manages your accommodation or activity. You will find this contact in the booking confirmation e-mail you received.

Secondly, you can contact
the customer service department of the booking platform.

🏠 Who should I contact on site?
1 - Firstly, your service providers. In the booking confirmation emails you have received, you will have the contact details of each service provider you have chosen. You can even contact them in advance of your stay to get insured that your visit is well organised.
